You can cancel your order without paying any compensation for products that do not have a print approval and go into production. You must send your cancellation requests during our working hours (09: 00/18: 00 on weekdays) via the contact number 0 242 244 3077 or here. After the cancellation has been approved by our accounting team, you can view your refund in an average of 4 business days on your credit card or bank account transactions.


  • In installment purchases, the refund process is also refunded to your card in installments.


It is not possible to cancel and refund the order that has been approved for printing (except for unprinted products) and has entered the production stage.

When you shop on our website, your products are delivered to you with your contracted cargo.

After your products are shipped, you can track where your cargo is on both our site and the website of the contracted cargo company with the tracking number.

You can access all information about the status of your order in the My Orders section after logging in.

After you put the products you want to buy on our website into the basket and complete the payment, you will see the screen with the options to load the design now or load it later. If you want to upload the designs of the products you have ordered immediately, click the "upload designs now" button and you will be directed to the design download page where you can upload your works.


If your designs are not ready or you want to upload them later, it will be enough to say "I'll upload my designs later".

We offer free design support for certain products. You may see the phrase "Free Design Support" on some products sold on our website, you can get free design support from us for these products.


Things to consider about free design support;

  • You must send us the logos and images you want to use one by one and in high resolution.
  • Specify the color you want to use in the background.
  • You must write all the texts to be used in the design in the design note section.
  • We kindly ask you to specify the placement of the texts clearly and clearly.
  • If a previous study is not in graphic design program formats (ai, psd and pdf), the same cannot be applied.
  • Do not forget that you have a maximum of 2 revisions on the design work done.
  • A return will be provided for design support within 2 business days after the order. Revisions from the customer may extend the design process and the process of entering the order into production.

For products other than the products we provide free design support, we print with ready-made designs from our customers in accordance with our company policy. If you wish, you can take advantage of our ready-made templates on every product page we have prepared for our customers.

Different surfaces are printed with different techniques when ordering through our website. In this sense, we strongly recommend that you prepare your work according to the product dimensions and features on our site and according to the template information. The template of the relevant product is located on the product page under the product image. Generally, .ai, .pdf and .Psd formats are available.

Our difference from traditional printing houses is that we carry out all processes online through our website. By adapting your accustomed e-commerce experience to printing processes, we ensure that you get the printing service in the comfort of your home by throwing the product you want into the basket.
